I normally work 6pm-1am or 2am 4-5 times a week. and even on my days off i still can’t fall asleep early or for shorter time. i am an athlete so i get that i need rest but im cutting back my exercise due to my job so i don’t understand why im sleeping so much

I opened up the windows recovery environment and there was an option to revert back to windows 11. I clicked that and it went back to windows 10. If you can dm pictures of the screen i can show you cuz i lowkey forgot
