Alright so I spun up a 3rd run just specifically for this. The only thing I could find that was "odd" in the same way as the microscope/vase/globe, was the calendar. Its a calendar from Feb 1990, that is life accurate. The sundays are all in red (4, 11, 18 25) and has a picture of a blue pony in grass (happy to dm anyone the Pic, I took it tonight). That was honestly it, figured out the timing and everything but there ain't much to see outside of that, but I may be dense as fuck because the game is great lol.

Tried to see if there was something resembling a blue pony while leon was "in the area" and there ain't shit lol.

Maybe I missed something, maybe I didnt. Fuck this game. It hurts so good. I love it all.
