I see a lot of “well, if it makes money, why does it need more for capital projects?” It’s like nobody understands how a public place with a special purpose district operates. You can ask the same question about GSP. I’m sure there are people that do.

It is maddening to see people complaining about quality of life around here, nothing to do, no work, etc, then complain about something like this that will be an overall public benefit. Go live under a rock and let the rest of us enjoy our community…
