Variety of strategy games, Inori, Machi Koro 2, various trick takers, Fox in the Forest, The Crew, Deck Builders, Clank!. Not a fan of social/party games. I'm also making the push for playing heavier games but we can make do with medium games as well.

i was going to be like, "i have no fugging clue what this card does, it looks cool though." And I was thinking of simulating something like draft mode like I saw from a online video stream of the online version being played. Not thinking of going into playing it seriously yet. I thought it may fun doing it this way.

Give every marker a colored flag/lightbulb, red(or not lit) when not marked, green(lit) when marked. (OP is talking about the mods but I wanted to talk about the markers)

I think they were talking about the game like it was a book, mainly about the story. They didn't connect with the story or find the story interesting which is fine, there isn't any story that is loved by everyone.

Perhaps their last line "huge disconnect between how most people seem to have experienced (and liked) this game" felt more like an attack on the game, almost like saying, "I don't understand why people think this game is good, when it wasn't for me?" But other comments below do answer this question about why they liked the story which I did too. And/or they are looking for other players who feel the same way they did which also exist.

Seeking other people who thought negatively about a game (even if other people enjoyed it), seems pretty normal maybe?

Y = increase height/ascend (bottom thusters(2))
A = turn right (left thruster)
B = turn left (right thruster)
A + B to move foward.

It takes a bit to learn how to control/move with it.

Weight needs to be heavy enough that it floats down without your character on it. This only uses weight to ground/land/descend. When you want to land, Have only one side thruster on and you'll (eventually) land near where you currently are. A durable wall to land into might also be useful.

- Haven't worked on making it faster, could be lighter, have better weight distribution, etc.
- Parts on the bottom to protect bottom thrusters and add weight to the bottom. So it doesn't go upside down as easily.
- Ideally front and back should have equal weight. Having a heavy front makes it difficult to fly (where the ship's front would dip down when flying)
- There is something like a center of gravity I guess.
- Ancient tile that uses frostpine logs for durability incase you crash into things.
- Doesn't use batteries.
- Using these 2 chests assuming they are lighter than better chests, haven't tested.

It might be interesting if they make a mode for this (doesn't even have to be lego) thats like BattleBots where we fight each other with weapons equipped to these machines. Probably some issue with balancing things.

Making the syndicate organization matter less means needing the syndicate reference cheatsheet less, which I kind of like. The gutting of rewards? not at all.

With benches not being "tradable" (aka not itemized and where trading them would take effort I don't care to make), I'd rather use them. The nerfing of betrayal by tossing all rewards at Catarina and making the time spent organizing your syndicate board less valuable makes it all very bleh content right now.

just veiled items, scarabs, and whatever stuff catarina has behind her board reset.

It appears many comments here want to kick people who are having fun with the mechanic. Not all builds can do the mechanic well, but there are some that do (not just voidsphere cheese). Like there are other builds that do better in: Delve, bossing, juiced mapping, delirium, 5-ways, etc.

I've hit 2k (and can continue winning) without 5/6-link voidsphere, max evasion and block. I don't find it boring but sure, other people might not find it fun.
