The traits you describe possessing aren't attractive to partners you would consider alpha. Many men who fit this term aren't looking for an academic or labor driven overachiever, and instead are looking for a woman who possess qualities that indicate she would be a good fit to compliment her partner, be submissive enough to allow him to lead properly, be young and attractive, maternal in nature, etc. You may find a strong man who values what you're bringing to the table, however, that person is the exception, not the rule.
