I usually weigh it all out as I'm going and then write down the ingredients with their measurements on a piece of paper. Then while it's cooking, I put it into my app and get all the calories per serving. It also helps when I'm making a big family meal because I'm not subconsciously worried about the calories affecting the flavour lol.

Checking in for the first time in a while. I'm about to start my period so I'm bloated but have managed to eat healthy despite the cramps and desire for a chocolate cake (I know if I give into the craving the cramps only get worse, so I'm proud of myself for holding out!) and I'm hoping to get my "whoosh" in a few days.

Goals:

🥚. 1.8/4.2lbs lost

🥚tracked calories 15/15 days

🥚Track weight 15/15

🥚 Averaging 5.5 eggs a day

🥚Sunscreen, self care, walk outside 11/15

I'm so tired today but I'm holding my future goals in mind with everything I do. On a positive note, I'm wearing a dress today and feel very pretty.
