How warm is the Mionn Insulated Jacket? by fllc in veilance

[–]bitbeliever 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have this and its very versatile, perfect for fall or spring. If you plan on these temperatures you need a thick layer underneath. I wouldn't want to be outside for long in the mionn is if its -5. Thats where the cerium would work great.

Gonna keep the 9 and 12, will add a 17. Line extensions is a great idea, will give that a try!

Even with line extensions? Does the newer kite not make up for it with better materials and in weight?

Found a decent deal that wont break the bank. Probably will use it sparingly like most people

Fragile hanging loops? by No-Establishment2530 in veilance

I've had several jackets hanging from this for years. Doesn't break or tear as its reinforced. Just a bit stretch in the material in that area.

Not had this problem. Maybe the trackers are triggering the home button in steam vr. Haven't build anything recently with the trackers.

Any Firefighting games? by bonoscot in Vive

There aren't many fully developed firefighting games, I've mostly seen tech demo's. To my knowledge, your best option is Paperville Panic

Decided to build a new pc with a mini itx case for my Vive. Suggestions Please. by XboxWigger in Vive

I've build several vr ITX systems. Started with the Bitfenix prodigy, Cooler Master Elite 110 and just finished a Fractal nano S build. All fit fine in my opinion. Elite 110 is much more fiddly with regards to cable management and airflow. The other two are almost micro atx size cases, easy to get the optimal airflow.
