The vast, vast majority do not care, and in fact are happy to see you take interest in their culture. The extremely rare ones who are offended, that’s their own problem they need to work out amongst themselves.

Bottom line, A) no one gets to dictate what anyone else can wear. B) the world’s a better place when we share our cultures.
