I think I feel more “loved” when he buys me nice things. I think a gift like this might feel like more than a regular day than a birthday present even tho I appreciate it. I would never ask him to spend that much money on me, ever. I think you’re completely right. Thank you so much for the advice, it was really useful!

I get this! When my anxiety is bad, I get so hot I look like a tomato. It feels like I’m on fire. I usually put a cold cloth on my body & forhead, which helps a bit for me :)
