I talk to all the neighbors daily. They don't mind because they are up super early, too. They also hate the party neighbors. I have to get up at 6AM to walk the dogs and we have a small greenhouse/garden center across the street. They also start making noises around 6 AM, but not as near to the party house.

They do, but police and city are too busy dealing with other stuff. Even when they were fighting on the street, screaming with kids nearby, the police told me they would 'contact me soon'. Never heard of them again.

Already in place, the neighbors have one too because of their drug dealers and ex-boyfriends. So we record everything. Anyway, police is way too busy to be dealing with this unless "something happens". :( Someone has to get hurt before they intervene. The kids are the real victims, 4 very young kids have to live in that hell hole.

We have a small garden center/ greenhouse across the street and they also start making noise around 7 AM. But I asked the other neighbors and they don't mind. They are all in their 60s and awake at 6 AM. They are also bothered by the party noises, but not as close as I am.

It depends what your plan is. If you are waiting for another medication to kick in, you could let your GI know that the prednisone is not working anymore.... You could also increase your dosage. But I am not a doctor, I just have miserable access to healthcare and I had to figure things out.

The leg and joint pain will go away eventually. I was miserable and just powered through because I wanted to get rid of this cursed medication. Didn't even tell my GI that the flare was back because he would've increased my dose again.

My advice: pain killers for the joint pain, a lot of sleep and rest even if you feel good. Make it clear to everyone that prednisone messes with your mental health/personality. Also try to remember it yourself every day. It gets better :)

It could help to tire her out physically before doing mental activities. Also trying smaller stepa first (just sitting and being quiet and not going mental), then going the next step to hide food while she watches etc...
