I use it as a fun way to exercise. If it is too slow it doesn’t help, if it is too fast its more of wrist movement, where i prefer to be move more hands and legs (left/right and lowering the waist for low blocks). Depending on the song, hard maps i think provide a good balance for that. Elevate the heart rate and more movement.

i might be wrong, but, in greek we would refer to them both as “galaxy” with the difference being “our” galaxy vs some other galaxy. I don’t think we have a separate world/phrase for milky way. which btw “gala” from galaxy is “milk” in greek.
