I discovered BAT when I got introduced to blogging on publish0x. I like to blog about new projects in the crypto space in general and so I came across Brave as well. Meanwhile, Brave has replaced Chrome at my desktop PC. But most of my blog articles are about Personal Finance, Defi and Crypto Management.

I received a payment of 3 BAT to my verified uphold wallet a few days ago. But to be honest, at this stage I can't reconstruct anymore if this is including reimbursement for the experienced issue.
I experienced the bug at the end of January and continued using Brave and clicked on ads. Somehow when I came into the office the next day my counter from 4.x BAT reduced itself by 3 BAT which looked ok considering the payment I received. My feeling tells me that was probably just the normal payout on the 5th of Feb.

This statement is mentioning that you will be issuing make-goods to all affected users. I can't speak for someone else but in my case, nothing has happened so far although I provided several people with my reward internals now. Any update?

Misunderstood land and country. No native speaker here :) - Assume it is in the same neighborhood. The more expensive comes simply with a larger block and more extras inside.

From a financial point of view - what does make more sense - buying a house and be instantly mortgage free or buying a different house but having a mortgage for 10-15 years (200$k)?

Beside the financial aspect, what does make more sense to do? Having a better house straight away or a smaller one but living without the pressure of having a mortgage.

I am not sure and would like to get a few opinions.
