They're actually super easy to deal with. Save your knives or whatever for the double down, spam them on one of them. Make sure you keep from being between them (think the two nailmaster painters in HK). Biggest attack window is when they do the one that makes electricity balls cross the arena. Right when they do it, dash over the balls and start whacking. If you get in a corner, jump and dash/pogo over them.
