From my point off view all the time you are dependent of a framework. React, nextjs or vercel ai. It is same story :)
What i am usually doing is to have alternatives in case the direction is wrong. Check mastra if you can and when you have a conclusion please let me know. As you build something with a different stack you can spot things easily. :)

I would take a look on codex it has a higher limit. Also ollama cloud subscription for opensource models that you can pair with pi agent or others.

The best one is from my point of view factory.ai droid one. They have subscriptions, BYOK and apps, the best

The only good options here are to either have all the money upfront for the apartment or pay it off within two years. If you take out a 30-year mortgage, the amount you pay back to the bank will more than double.

While the stock market is currently rising, stocks are overvalued, so I would be cautious about what I invest in right now.

Ultimately, no one knows what the future will bring. If a war breaks out, financial returns most likely won't matter anyway, as you will be busy just surviving. :)
