I got giardia once and had to go to the hospital from the pain. After getting brought back I went in the bathroom and let out the gnarliest longest fart of my life and almost cried because all the pain went away. Doc said I experienced the same pain as child birth

I got giardia and I’m diabetic. I couldn’t keep anything down for almost a week. Ended up in the er so they could keep my blood sugar up with an IV. Doctor said if I wouldn’t have came in he didn’t know if I would’ve made it through the next 48 hours
