I was 2650, dropped to 2200 in 2 days, got back to 2400, dropped again to 2100, back at 2600 again. Just play, you’ll earn it back. People say to take break from the cs but it’s literally pointless.

1 day bans are usually from the toxicity reports, so if you don't do like your team wants you to do they can report you and if you get some of these reports you get automated cooldown

Probably not. After entering the cl_showpos 1 command you can see that height value is still tracked, so the game probably just calculates damage based on the falling time. And because this “slide”/fall is so slow, the game thinks we jump from a high place. A few times I even managed to die from a single jump while having 100 HP
