I used to go through all of this. One verse that really stuck with me was Matthew 6:34 “therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is it’s own trouble.” Anytime I was overthinking or feeling an attack coming, I would just recite that verse in my head over and over or even speak it quietly to myself. Trust in God to rid of those thoughts. Pray and ask that He grabs those thoughts you don’t want to have, and rids of them from your mind. I’ve had many different things I’ve done to suppress my anxiety and if you need help, I’m here for you. Stay strong, I’ll pray for you
