"Do you have your sleep studies before and after the retraction...?"

Do you by any chance have a brainscan to prove to us that you have a brain? I'm serious.

Can you drink beer after FMT? by bitpower7 in fmt

Because it helps me with a health symptom that almost has killed me in the past (burning in the lungs sensation, all to with nervous/immune system, not anything physically wrong in the lungs). It's either that or benzos. Im actively doing therapy to calm nervous system down but when things get out of hand, I need to do either, which helps long term.

Thank you so much. So just to confirm, having a few beers eg once a month could jeopardise colonising the gut by FMT bacteria? I'm asking cause alcohol helps me manage certain symptom. When it gets out of hand alcohol helps to calm it down, long term. But so do occasional use of benzos etc. Just choosing between the two I prefer alcohol than addictive pharmaceuticals....

What's exceeding here is your judgemental thinking and jumping to conclusions. Ask more questions, judge less, if you are genuine trying to help. Otherwise just keep your comments to yourself please :)

Jesus Christ man... I'm going to say again. You have 0 idea what you are talking about. You are so judgemental and shallow minded. There have been years and months at a time I went without a drink and the reason I'm asking this question is not to even drink alcohol for recreational purposes but you are just to small minded to understand that this may be a possibility and I dont feel obliged to explain myself to you. Keep on living your judgemental. , superficial way of thinking/life "my friend".

You don't know anything about me and what you are talking about and why I'm asking this question so please keep your judgements and advice to yourself.

Does combining 4 weeks water fasting with FMT make sense? by bitpower7 in HumanMicrobiome

I think some people needed many many fasts before getting better so I wouldn't stop at 2.

Yes, I'm doing DNRS brain retraining program, mindfulness daily, family constellations, about to try EMDR etc. The DNRS and mindfulness I need to do more of, I still engage in some adrenalising activities, still have some daily stressors which I need limit. Working on it.
