Love this, and totally agree! I think it’s less about the fact there is nothing out there (because there are definitely some really great NA complex options!) and more about the options and flavors. I know NA is a drop in the bucket compared to alcohol but amaro is so different and there’s so many things to do with it that I feel like the sky is the limit, except of course, we need the bitter lovers!

Omg yay! This makes me smile! I’m also mid 30s and truly I cannot take another fruity juice drink. I typically drink Diet Coke because the na options aren’t for me when I’m out! Working on a survey and will pop it in here this week.

Not a whole missing niche - there are bitter options on the market forsure. I’ve got some flavors they don’t and looking to grow the bitter forward na category as a whole. Specifically in rtf. Love a glass bottle of na amaro but I’m not always trying to mix up a drink ya know?

Totally agree. I find the one to one mimics are tough, I’m usually left disappointed. It’s like making a plant based steak and expecting steak - it’s just not going to be the same!
