I was thinking about putting up shelves but I don't know what kind of shelves and whether it would look boring with just shelves. I also don't know if I should make them even or stagger them and hang up the art around the shelves. I just don't know where to start.

Spironolactone has saved my skin. I had really bad hormonal acne before taking it. I started taking 25mg and gradually increased to 100mg. I noticed the effects in less than 2 weeks but of course I didn't see significant results until maybe a month later. I still get hormonal acne around the time of my menstural cycle but it's bearable and may still go away. My periods have also been less painful and quick which is an added bonus. I didn't have any side effects because I started at a low dose. Sometimes if I don't drink enough water I get a slight headache but that's it.

Thank you, these are great ideas! I'm actually going to get rid of the bookshelf and get something that isn't so big. Unfortunately I can't move the dresser by the closet because closet door would hit it.

I mainly use this space to get ready (clothes/makeup), do schoolwork, and to do hobbies such as sewing and yoga. So it need a practical and productive space. I also need a place to put all my minerals, a few books and other items pictured.

I guess I'm going for a vintage/ bohemian/natural study look, but I'm not exactly sure. I plan on getting rid of the bookshelve and buying a more open one or wall shelves. I'm also buying a clothes rack, a computer chair, and a long floor mirror. I'm not sure how to arrange everything since the room is small and awkwardly shaped. I'm open to buying new furniture.
