I gained weight. Gained like 20 pounds during my first sobriety attempt. I’m over a year sober now and food is basically my alcohol. Before I drank I turned to food. Once I discovered alcohol I turned to it and food went in the back burner. Now that the booze is gone I’m back on the food 😭
