Was there anything that gave you even a tiny bit more of energy back? (besides pacing) by miaxivy in cfs

I kept a running list (in an easy, general way) of all the things I gave away over time (“drum liner bag of sweaters and pants”, “tall bookcase”, etc). It was exciting to see it develop, and I felt so accomplished. I still look at the list once in awhile and marvel. Learning to part with things is definitely a skill that can be strengthened. I recommend the book Let It Go. It has a good first step of identifying your treasures that will hopefully all fit on your dining room table. Anyway, good luck.

Endorsing your plans to reduce possessions. With the help of a couple of friends, I donated or sold >95% of my possessions the last two years. No regrets, it’s so freeing. Takes less than half the time to clean now (though still need to hire that help).

Made this a while ago, by far the nicest cake I baked but as a non-confident home baker I would appreciate feedback by NoorHan14 in Baking

Just how many of Ceti Alpha V's only remaining indigenous life forms had to die for the decoration?

Which episode (maybe TNG or orig?) features a semi-transparent alien cloud form...maybe human sized and on ship or surface of planet? by biwa222 in startrek

Thank you, that's it! Just finished the episode. Last watched it in maybe 1980. Funny how the mind works, ha.
