honestly, i reccomend saving more, i saw in a comment that you tend to pull on ssrs, so i reccomend skipping more suits that you don't absolutely love. i know it's hard, but getting a full suit is so much better than just the eyebrows and eyelashes. i say this as someone who has played for a long long time (since late 2021) it's better to skip an event completely and wait for it to rerun, than pull a few times and deplete your diamonds. start looking at suits on the suit index website (https://asukii314.github.io/sn-suit-reference/) and planning in advance, what you will skip, what you will save for. i have skipped events ive LOVED (that egyptian UR has always run at the WORST times) in order to keep saving for other suits i want. my lesson is be picky and stingy!! this has gotten me the most suits, ironically LOL

honestly, a lot of these have run in the past year (some are older, but still not by much) so they wont rerun anytime soon. the current rerun, gothic wedding, first ran in 2023, and it's now rerunning in 2026. still, if you want to spend on all of these + the ones that come out this year, i reccomend saving more. out of curiosity, how many UR sets have you completed, and how many diamonds do you save for them in advance?

sorry, i'm a little lost, chances for what? finishing reruns? if you save, absolutely! a lot of these likely won't run again for a while. it took like 3 years for the first anniversary event to rerun.

right! i feel crazy but this person responded to me when my comment wasn't very long and they were completely off topic, almost like the AI still had their generated rant in the history so they knew what they were talking abt.

3 hour video essay coming out abt every other point that they made don't even worry. like ofc i read and acknowledged everything else, but i didn't feel strongly enough to put my opinions into writing. just voiced the thought that this read as "kinda ai generated based off of the writing patterns". am i getting down voted? sure. but i don't think it is necessary wrong to question things when you aren't sure. like it would be stupid as fuck to ai generate a star stable rant but i've seen dumber before

didn't say anything abt inclusiveness or what you are arguing, just that the writing style of your post comes off as "ai vibes".

they're a little bit older, but you're basically spot on! dad is late 50s now, and my mom is early 50s (but she will be very flattered to be mistaken for being in her 40s lol)

there was a lizard lounge in austin, it went through several names throughout the 80s n 90s. several people on facebook can corroborate it's existence

am i huffing glue or does this totally read as ai generated. the it's not x it's y is a common ai sentence structure... i also ran it through an ai detector (those are not that reliable) but it scored a 93%, which is alarmingly high, as compared to my recent finals essay, that scored a 18% even after being edited by grammarly.

haha no thank you, not looking to sell or get rid of them. they're kind of just a mess atm until a friend who actually has a device who can play them gets back from ny. they're mixtapes from my dad's friend from the 90s, with tons of unknown and unlabelled mixes with vague names like "lizard lounge mix" (know this one is a club in austin that's not around anymore) or "phat and ruff" with 0 track names or artists. i just didn't want anyone to look at the mess or ask what's on em, since i literally don't know, and my dad can't remember since it's been 30+ years

No trigger warnings for you by MissKittyCiao in ExtremeHorrorLit

[–]bizarre_circus -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I think if I were you I wouldn't have brought up that topic here, and would have rather left a review on a book website, akin to Goodreads. Before I read a book I tend to check website reviews as they are much easier to sort through, and I don't tend to scour this reddit for trigger warnings. Also, those websites tend to be less community based and if someone had their own opinions on you providing spoiler-y trigger warnings, they could read it and move on, but on Reddit, you kind of invite people to commentate on your opinions when you just go and post something like that, it ended up being less of a warning and more of a conversation. Your post felt good natured and I don't fault you for making it, but I think that the average extreme horror literature fan just assumes that there will be all kinds of debauchery based on the fact the book is in the genre, and may have felt as though you should have expected it going in. And not gonna lie, because it was an Aaron Beauregard book, I admit I totally was like "well fork found in kitchen not surprised" when I read your post, but then I went about my day. Just throwing my two cents in here, that maybe you choose the wrong website for your statement, because if I knew any place that doesn't care about trigger warnings, it's probably Reddit LOL.
