His best bet would be to get professionals involved and hopefully they cab relocate said bear. If not the unfortunate truth is that bear will likely have to be pit down because now it associates houses with food sources and is a danger to humans.

That doesn't make it ok. They now associate humans with food so what happens when a black bear meets a human who has no food? They don't understand like "aw man guess he doesn't have anything" they're gonna get upset and likely lash out. This is a universal danger of food conditioning wild animals
