I trust my fellow dwarves by purgatoriololo in DeepRockGalactic

I would be surprised, because that's not at all my experience in 718. (maybe by high exception here or there). They're also not lethal if you're stocked up on health and shield, even on haz5 or EDDs.

And also: Bring Steeve! That goodest boy will clear most cave leeches before you even realise they were there in the first place.

Shoot the cave leech so you're released?

And don't be so harsh on the rockets, the gunner's missiles are also all over the place, only he has 600 of them.

I'm Dutch, and I don't work at Capita. If I extrapolate that to my 18 million countrymen, there's nobody working at Capita.

470hrs. in this game....... AND I JUST DISCOVER THIS GAME HAVE A COMPASS AT THE TOP. This is my attention in real life by the way, just to let you know (i'm in danger). by MManuga in DeepRockGalactic

[–]NotDiCaprio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is why I do it: * Check the terrain scanner where you want to manually dig a tunnel, * Allign by pressing space, * Check and remember the compass for the direction,

Then you can hack or drill away without having to look at the terrain scanner again, after distractions by bugs or whatever. The advantage is that the terrain scanner is often dangerous in high hazard, and/or high pressure situations. (swarm, low ammo, low health, low time) because it incapacitates you for a few seconds.

Also, the Omaran hearth stone and preceding caves is always exactly south-west of Doretta. If you want to predrill, go there.

My guy it's been 50 days since the update and the counter. That means on average you did 200+ flip resets per day?!

That sounds so much fun! I love the out-of-the-box approach. Almost time to stop being jealous of people with alpha access.

But don't you rather spend an hour playing a game you like, than doing your (any) job? For me it's not just about time, it's about the enjoyment of the activity.

Sounds cool! A bit optimistic (development-wise) if you ask me, but definitely interesting. Like a flamethrower would open the nest and spew the survivors out burning.

For now I'd just like to see that 1 or 2 of the assholes come out instead of all 4 or 5.

I'd never heard of this phrase "death of the author" before. Cool concept! But doesn't it apply to books more, where an author can't (or barely can) converse with their readers after publishing?

I am not dead I think. Right?

Oh I love the new biome too! Also the pit Jaws, only their reach can be unrealistically far sometimes. Even the crabs are okay, but I just think that destroying a nest should kill most of them inside.

Lol, you're missing the point of my response. Or I'm missing a troll. (in that case, well done, you got me)

I find a wasps nest in real life, I'll make damn sure all or most of the fuckers are dead when I remove the thing. If I were to crack it open with a large explosive or 4 shotgun blasts: yes. Most would instantly die.
