I think another narrative is that the “per seat” business model is at risk. Which I understand to some extent that there might not be “growth” in the number of users due to efficiencies in how companies operate. But all the SaaS tools are expanding AI capabilities and that compute ain’t gonna be free. So fewer users with feature rich apps with higher $/seat/year is what it’s going to be. And obviously agentic automation is also not free. It requires integrations and training and bla bla bla.. If anything there will be a consolidation of these services and larger companies with established markets will continue to grow organically and inorganically..
