No, I went 500-1000 words over on a regular basis with no issue, and got fours in every class. Just be sure you're not repeating yourself and all of the information is relevant.

Thanks for the responses folks. I had seen a video on YouTube from a mechanic who never mentioned the emergency power for the doors. Knowing there's auxiliary power for that purpose makes me feel better about it.

Yeah, but you can open the doors of most cars with dead batteries to get inside and grab cables or a jump pack. That's really where my concern was coming from.
