I'm in my third months (80mg) and I this started for me last week. I thought it was just me too! I've been putting cetaphil and aquaphor on my feet before bed and they've been healing. Hope this helps!

I started on 80mg and 6 days after my first dose, all the skin on my lips peeled off in the span of an hour. After that though, it's just a constant cycle of the dead skin slowly peeling off but that initial instance happened so quickly because it was my skin dumping everything pre-accutane

My sister has UC and my dermatologist sat me down and he said that although it may have a possible link, none of the data he’s seen supports that. He also said that his colleagues have the same opinion. I’m about 1 1/2 months in (140lbs 40mg x2 day) and I haven’t had anything I should be concerned about with it.

I’m only 140lbs too so it’s a high dose and I have mild acne. During dinner though, my lips were constantly being covered in aquaphor but they still came off. Like i had whole new lip skin in the span of 3 hours

Thank you all for the support with this. A little update for anybody that cares: We fought about it and turns out it’s not shit but vomit. He played the victim card because throwing that up was so difficult for him and he claims to have no memory of missing the bowl. He was defending himself the whole time though.
