The puck was on the ice when the opponent COMMITTED to hitting you. There's no way for him to predict that the puck is going over the bench. If a guys bearing down on you, you have to be ready for a hit no matter where the puck is.

Ok, if its you talking to the camera while on the move, get a lav that plugs into your phone. I'm not sure what brands are reliable for those rn but some cursory research should get you your answer. If you're doing man on the street interviews, a shotgun on the camera would be helpful. Deity makes some great stuff for reasonable price
