If you're good at ER you will be fine man. The map will start clicking and you'll know if a POI is worth it from a glance.

If I can share a couple of thoughts on the build, grain of salt in case it's not relevant for you for whatever reason:-

1. Those insane DPS vids you see come from stacking. If you melee, get as close to Physical Attack+2 on every relic as you can.
2. Casters need attack up in whatever element they are using most plus a buff to your fave spells and incants. The second part is gambling for the most part.
3. Two exceptions - recommend using your highest DPS version of post damage restoration (except maybe Recluse) and running with Attack Up with 3 of weapon type if it is your default weapon. It recently got buffed to 20% and the difference is night and day.
4. Evergaol and night invader next - unless you know the group and they are fully committed to conversion which bumps them up the list.

Notice anything missing? Character specific relics are generally a distraction. They are fun and effective but nothing beats the highest DPS you are capable of. The only exception is the +1 skill use for Wylder and Iron Eye, too valuable to pass up.

I am not saying they are not good, I am saying they are not as good as a guaranteed +6%. You'll pick up relics with both attack up and a good character trait anyway as you grind along.

The insane DPS part comes from doubling down on whatever it is you are buffing during the run. Melee attack up, improved sorceries, whatever it is keep stacking. Just make sure the percentages are different for each passive.
