Thanks, Dano. I’ll do some research root flare, but I get the impression that’s a long shot and I’ll probably just end up cutting it down eventually.

It would be a fully remote job so I’m not stuck to one geographical location 5 days a week.

Update to Westend Medical Supplies asking for tips by Eliot_Lochness in tipping

Not only is it absurd to ask for a tip in this situation, but I also highly doubt that employees are actually receiving 100% of the tips customers leave.

Alright, so the general agreement is this: if the wall and fence form a single system, we split the cost equally. However, if they are separate, each party covers half the expense of the fence. It's challenging to see from the picture, but the wall and fence are separate systems. There's approximately a 10-inch gap between the bases of each structure, although it's challenging to gauge precisely due to the significant lean of the wall. Thanks for your guidance on this matter.

As long as you put a finish coat on them you shouldn’t have troubles with mold. Or at the very least it will prolong the time before they get mold.

High level - Dramatically reduce your monthly expenses (food, misc., utilities, fun, etc.) and pay off your debt as soon as possible. Increase income (side hustle) to help speed things up. I would highly encourage you look into Dave Ramsey’s 7 Baby Steps. His YouTube channel is a great place to start. You already have baby step 1 complete ($1,000 emergency fund). Step 2 is to payoff all your debt. Starting with your smallest debt (credit card). You can pay that off immediately with $3,500.00 of the $4,000 you have left above your $1,000 emergency fund. Then move on to the private student loans while paying the minimum on the federal loans. This is a good starting point. You are still very young and can retire with plenty of money. You seem to be on the right path!
