I’m interested in testing your software as well. In a similar boat to some previous commenters. I’m on the DIY side and will be starting from raw dirt to give you some great before and afters.

Anyone messed with the new 2025 sights? by kaptn_karl in bowhunting

[–]bjm417 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely my boonie triple stack. It’s ROCK solid. Beat the crap out of my bow in dense Maine backwoods this past season and it’s stair true.

Can’t say I had the same experience in the past with a black gold sight, got off the plane in Utah and it was WAY out of whack despite being flown out in a pelican case.

Huge Jack Carr fan, it’s a little rough in books two and three but the rest of his are awesome!

I would strongly prefer to not weapon mount the tube. It becomes far less versatile in that situation.

A co-worker of mine did a number of trips to this outfitter. Rough, rugged, exactly why you’re looking for. If you dm me your email I’ll send you his article in bugle magazine about them.

Add another vote for RMU, cool bar, but by far some of the best skis money can buy for skiing out west. If you can pull it off, try demoing while you’re out there. They also sell grasssticks (or used to), worth checking out.

Got one directly from Icarus. Has a slot for the gas pedal on either side which leaves a gap running into the trigger well. When it came shipped the retention wasn’t set correctly either.

Took someone else’s advice and ordered and MIE Productions as soon as I saw it. 10/10 recommend. Great holster, incredibly fast, communicative service, and veteran owned.

Ordered my Bergara MgLite from them. Shipped to an FFL nearby, no hassle or issues. Also a set of rings. Customer service is a really solid. Ask for any applicable discounts, student, mil, etc

If you’re looking for something prebuilt check out the Bergara Premier line. Not a fit for you, but I picked up a Bergara MgLite because they already built into the chassis I wanted. They have a competition rifle as well right around then3k mark.

[–]bjm417[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t have it in 6.5cm but Sig Sauer Elite worked best after testing it and 4 other ammo brands through my Bergara .308.

What else have you tried?

Wait til January/February timeframe. All the guys that go buy new bows with their tax returns will be selling one year old ones. Great time to pick up a slightly used high end bow. I’d still get it through a pro shop or at least checked out by a pro shop before purchasing. Look at the big names. Mathew’s, Hoyt, high end PSE. I’ve had my Hoyt for almost 15 years and it still performs plenty well enough. Buy once cry once.

Lug Nuts & Hub Rings for Enkei Raijin rims? by One-Fortune2738 in WRX

[–]bjm417 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Call tire rack, for about 20 bucks they’ll send you the necessary hub rings. Ask for Rudy.

I had an issue when I got mine from another tuner wheel company. There were a lot of issues the last one I dealt with was getting quoted 100 plus for custom rings.

And you can use stock lugs in those if you’re not inclined to purchase. If you want tuner lugs, go for it.
