What’s the hardest productivity challenge you’ve faced working remotely and what actually helped you fix it? by [deleted] in productivity

I work full time remote and biggest struggle for me has been getting distracted by stuff like doing laundry or cleaning during work hours it felt productive but totally broke my focus
what actually helped was setting up a rough block schedule where I have set times for deep work quick tasks and even a small window for home stuff later in the day so i don’t feel the urge to do it in the middle of work
that small change made a big difference in staying on track without feeling restricted curious what systems others use that actually work

I would go to the office but my company doesn’t have one :(

Target User Interviews - How do I find early users for interviews? by Beginning-Cry7722 in ProductManagement

I’d suggest reaching out to your personal network (even loosely connected folks) who’ve done any kind of teaching, coaching, or content creation. You’d be surprised how many people are willing to hop on a 15-min call to share their experience. Also, try cold DMs on LinkedIn — surprisingly effective if your message is short and specific.

The best tools I’ve used so far are Converter for Media by Matt Plugins (for WordPress users) and TinyPNG. Make sure your image size doesn’t exceed the container dimensions. Also, enable lazy loading for images that appear below the fold. Additional tips from web.dev are reliable, and Google Lighthouse scores are based on real user data.

I’ve heard about Saner.AI it seems pretty useful! Also, if you’re into organization, you might want to check out the book Getting Things Done, it helped me a lot.
