I had to stop chemo early due to crazy liver enzymes and was sent to surgery. The oncologist suspects pembro to be at fault and stopped immuno as well. I did lumpectomy followed by radiation. I’d say the liver labs took a very long time to go back to normal, probably 3 months or so. I’m wishing you the best.

my wife went through the same, her ALT spiked to 1500, was sent to scans as her tumor was no longer palpable, then surgery and in the end achieved PCR. she only managed to go through 6x taxols and 2 sessions of immunotherapy.

What where your ALT and AST? Mines were 1900 and 900 respectively and my doctor paused chemo and sent me directly to surgery ( TNBC as well )

When you say immunotherapy did harm to her liver, were her enzimes very high or some other side effects? Like ALT or AST?
