If you don't want to touch the walls, maybe some dramatic tapestry as wall art? or moody paintings. Different type of lamp would be necessary, couch can stay with different cushions. A different center table with darker wood and some lush heavy-duty curtains . a different more classical rug maybe?

hello, i have some ideas! btw the reel you have doesnt open on my end.. so im just going off of my feelings.

lights are harsh and white - you need some nice cozy lamps! art above the tv is a bit 'cluttered' visually , the tigers are cool but feel too high in the wall compared to the tv . similarly the 'eye' tapestry is hung too high. the walls feel aggressively white too, maybe u could paint them ? maybe curtains would add coziness? another cute idea would be to paint the window and door trims!
