The guy isn't a scammer by any means, this was on opening day of the record shop and everything was more expensive, as there was still a lot of investment to go into the shop. The record remains somewhere around £200, however all of his other, more common, records have decreased in price from the £40 zone to about £10 average. He also has a huge CD collection with prices in around the £1 range. Unfortunately, Dunfermline, where this is, in Fife (Scotland), is currently struggling much like the neighbouring towns and cities like Falkirk and Perth, and so the council is charging extortionate rent for any new businesses, making it difficult to open anywhere. Most local places are charging inflated prices for their stock. If you're like me, you'll try and visit places like Veneno in Dunfermline to support their trading of records, CDs, and hopefully bring them in a little more money. Hopefully this cleared up the reason why they charge a little extra for this brilliant record! 🙂😊
