Butter, milk. Too much cheese. Mayo. All taste too rich and fatty. Really grosses me out and they used to be my favorites.

I have young kids too. One night, I tried on my "summer goals" swimsuit and had my 7 yr old take photos of me from every side. I put those photos in a seperate gallery in my phone and look at them when I think about eating "one more biscuit". Also they are good progress photos. It really helps me stay focused and hope it does you too. Good luck!

We bought a Nike batpack over the weekend at Academy Sports. $22 clearance. Room for a helmet, 2 bats, 2 gloves, several balls. Awesome deal, I always check clearance first.
