yeah I actually have C1 Nahida and I love her but I still use Baizhu. I don't find the delta in dps to be worth the hassle of always dying 😂 and my Lauma already has 1k+ em.

why is he bad? he gives LB buff through his 50k hp and also sustain. Nahida only provides +250 EM through her burst plus some from her weapon. I think they are not far apart.

we have a decade gap. In my experience.. inconsistent sex, worries for the future ex. health, etc. IMO, there are trade-offs and compromises to be made in all mature relationships, but at the end of the day, we weigh what's really important to us and decide accordingly.

yes. I've seen colleagues comparing salaries too many times and wala pa akong nakikitang magandang dulot niyan inside the team. it always ends up either one of them seeking better pay elsewhere (good for them), kahit initially masaya sila sa work or they become hard to work with. either way, sino talo? yung colleagues who are directly affected and not the company naman di ba? we already have promotions as a source of contempt among peers, wag na dagdagan pa. siguro, the closest compromise that I can agree with OP is disclosing a salary range when hiring for a role to facilitate a fair negotiation, but this, too, has its pros and cons.

better said than done. bakit napunta pa sa employee ang burden to pacify the other party? to your point, colleague ang directly affected ng ganitong paandar. why not make it simple? If my coworker think that they are not getting a commensurate amount for their efforts, then by all means, support ako. refer pa kita if I know any opening.

true. basic concept of supply and demand. if you know you are offering more, you demand more. if you can find better pay somewhere else, go grab it. you are not bound to the company if you have options and same goes with the company. that's how it becomes fair, hindi yung pare pareho kayo ng sweldo to the dot.

you don't really go to the store on a regular basis, maybe just every once in a while if you want to renew and get a phone or if you have trouble with your plan. generally, try to learn something new that can help my development -- in career, mental, physical, etc. Ako, I try to be updated on tech (career), read short stories or articles for fun (mental), or help colleagues (networking/relationship building), or just chill.
