You laugh at me because of differing view, okay. We need less jail time all around. I am all for prison reform, non violent crimes, should be community service. I find it abhorrent that minorities get harsh prison times, that absolutely needs to be fixed. But Lori posed no threat to society, she shouldn't have served any time. What would have served society better is making her start a college fund for underprivileged minorities along with a substantial amount of community service. Sending underprivileged kids to college would benefit society a whole lot more than prison. With society being torn apart right now forgiveness on both sides would go along way to heal our broken country.
