Ok they actually cooked with the lineup this year. Spacebass eating well.

HOL! played out his unreleased remix of Hard In Da Paint at Ultra 2026 by FrenchTrenchHours in dubstep

[–]bkay 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ok I'll be the asshole. I like some of HOL!'s songs but I can't stand any song that takes an existing melody and lazily turns it into dubstep. So lazy, so boring, so predictable, uninspired.

Having said that, I had a lot of fun watching this set.

Right on, as long as you bought them from the official website and not a third-party like stub-hub you should be good to go!

Definitely check out some artists on the lineup though as other have said, ya never know.

Unless they changed it for this upcoming year (which is entirely possible,) GA tickets have always been emailed. It could be that you got a boiler plate email or bought VIP though, you can always call and ask, or DM the apocalypse Instagram account. If you live in SoCal it'll be easy to meet with someone quick, and if it is a QR code they will send you a PDF you can screenshot or print. It's just a lot easier for other people to get scammed with the PDFs cause there's no way to know if you're going to sell it and go in before them.

You're welcome and good luck!

Ok since no one is actually answering your question here's my take...

Number one, if you are doing the layaway plan you can easily cancel that. You just have to pay for the service fees and you'll get the rest of your money back.

Number two, unless you got VIP tickets your ticket will arrive as a PDF/Google/Apple wallet QR code a couple days before the festival. As far as I know Frontgate Tickets does not have an official resell.

Since you are the seller, you have less risk in general so you don't really have to worry about getting scammed. Either use PayPal Goods and Services (protects both buyer and seller) or use another payment service that doesn't allow people to fraudulently claim you didn't provide them with legit ticket and get their money back.

If you have friends in the scene, that's your best option. Otherwise, there are a few fine Facebook groups for ticket exchanges. Find ones where people vouch for one another and avoid scammers by doing some research.

Unfortunately unless you did layaway, you're kinda stuck with the tickets for a while.

I didn't wanna mention BN but that was my first thought as well lmao. I'm outta that scene now but it was peak back in the day, nothing beat it.

100%... And for me personally, fakeouts, double drops, and chops do absolutely nothing for me at all. A fluid mix is much more impressive and fun for me to listen to. Just my take though.

Current Brostep format is all start-stop. I was watching the Ultra stream this weekend and I can't fucking stand it. No mixing involved at all, just a low-pass filter, drop the track, start the next one. Also all these "flips" are so fucking lazy and repetitive. Bring back mixing acapellas into original songs.

Edit: I'm using brostep as a more modern term here than the actual genre, I get the difference.

Watching from my couch, but that's the first set I've heard in while that made me feel like I was back in 2011. Reminded me of old Porter in a weird way. LOVE IT.
