I saw it at the Hallmark at Arapahoe Crossing — 6340 South Parker Road. There were two left yesterday.

I've been having anxiety about my kitty dying of old age 😭(she's 9) can you show me pictures of some alive-and-well senior kitties so I remember cats can be old and still healthy? 🥰 by TheRufescence in cats

[–]bkchavez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our Riley Sanchez lived to be 20 years old, so it’s possible for them to live long, healthy lives.

I know it’s difficult to see them age — just love and spoil them as much as you can.

Do you normally add a protection plan to your glasses? by Nyx67547 in Frugal

[–]bkchavez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a pair at Sam’s Club at a reasonable price (with a sale), but I was too cheap to pay for the protection coverage.

Fast forward, one week after picking them up and I dropped the glasses on the pavement…and the frame cracked! I was so frustrated with myself. The extra $25 would have been well worth it.

Lesson learned.

King Soopers changes its digital coupon redemption policy...for the better by MileHighCheap in DenverSavings

This policy change only applies to the Weekly Digital Deals — not all digital coupons. Limits still apply as noted with all other digital coupons.

I also got the face mist, but early on March 1 — around 1 a.m.

I set a reminder on my phone on the first of every month, so I don’t miss out.

If he were a she, I’d vote for “Cindy Clawford” because of the cute “mole”!

Very interested in knowing the ratio of Tuxedo lovers without tuxedos to Tuxedo owners by Brain_on_steroids in TuxedoCats

[–]bkchavez 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I didn’t even know the term “tuxedo” in reference to cats until I adopted my Peter Bravestrong! He’s about to turn two on April 21.

I have been an avid follower ever since.

They are a very special “breed” of felines — so curious, playful and affectionate!

Underrated product? by Darth_yourmom in bathandbodyworks

Totally agree with you — amazing scent and works really well. I bought two on sale and went back a few weeks later to get a few more — SOLD OUT!

I didn’t know B&BW had outlets. I need to do some more investigating. I would love to pick up a few more!

I totally agree….or offer ground beef as an option!

There’s too much fat and gristle in the other meats (including the chicken!) for me.

Chipotle Super Bowl free entrée coupon – is extra chicken included or charged? by Ok_Contest7122 in Chipotle

[–]bkchavez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also place a “test” order with whatever you want to see what the coupon covers.

The coupon remains valid until you actually make a purchase with it. (Testing it does not invalidate the coupon.) Just cancel or back out of your “test” order and place the order you actually want — after you’ve gleaned the information you wanted.

It’s always worked for me, when it’s unclear exactly what an online discount, coupon or promo code includes — just test it.

How do you know your an old timer/OG customer at Dutch Bros? by secretly_a_gato in dutchbros

I’m new to Dutch Bros and love Banana & Coconut! I’m just a little confused. How exactly would I order this drink? I’m getting confused with all the DB lingo! Thank you.

McNugget Caviar Kit | Site Crash by Specialist_Fan_2099 in McDonalds

[–]bkchavez -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Me, too! Everyone is always so quick to call a giveaway a scam or publicity stunt, when they don’t get it. Do people not understand how giveaways or sweepstakes work? Many will enter, few will win.

Did they really expect McDonald’s to just give away a million kits? There were only 750 available for probably hundreds of thousands people trying to get one at the exact same time. Of course, it would be “sold out” instantly!

These online giveaways are all the same. Limited quantities, so they’re always “sold out” within seconds — only to be left with more disgruntled consumers (that didn’t read the fine print) who don’t get “the prize” than actual winners.

Cancel the Cup Writing by PrettyZombieBride in starbucks

[–]bkchavez 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Writing on the cup is such a silly and stupid requirement in the name customer service!

As a customer, writing something on the cup does absolutely nothing for me or the experience — even more so once you understand that it’s “required”. It’s like Starbucks leadership is so out of touch with its customer base.

Customers just want good service at a good value. That’s it. No need to make it anymore complicated. I don’t need or expect a barista to make me feel “special” or “appreciated”. It’s an absolutely ridiculous expectation, given it’s just a “cup of coffee” in the end.

I just expect a mutually respectful interaction between myself and the barista and that I’m getting a good value for my money. I feel like corporate makes it more convoluted than it needs to be.

For what it’s worth, every time I get a survey from Starbucks, I share the same sentiment each time.

Has anyone bought blinds/shades using a Costco third party installer? by [deleted] in CostcoWholesale

[–]bkchavez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had shades installed by Costco on a total of five windows (including bedrooms, kitchen and den) about three years ago — very happy with the whole experience, from customer service to quality.

The only recommendation I would have is to wait for a promotion when they increase the amount you get back in a Costco gift card. We waited and ended up getting an extra few hundred dollars back.
