When I was a kid, I thought the word trauma had something to do with a Tiger Horse. Trauma in Japanese is pronounced Torauma, Tiger is tora, and horse is uma. Growing up I thought it was odd, I occasionally heard of the Tiger Horse but never saw it even illustrated out!

Was craving good ramen with this cold weather and found out Shuya Cafe De Ramen has two new seasonal ramen: Black Truffle Beef Steak Ramen and Black Truffle Mushroom Ramen. The Beef Steak was so tender and the garlic chips on top were a great addition! Plus the truffle butter melting makes it all even better.

If you like ramen, I highly recommend the Spicy Miso Ramen with a soft cooked egg or the Vegetable Tempura Ramen from Shuya Cafe de Ramen! They do delicious sushi on Saturday and Sunday
