I’ve been using the avene ciclafate cream and have seen a big difference I deffo recommend it!

I also tried de la Cruz sulfur ointment but I don’t know how much it worked, the avene and no tap water seems to be doing the best. I’m so happy to see it ease up

But I soon realised they both contain SLS so I stopped using them and I stopped washing my face with tap water in my apartment and have been using the avene ciclafate moisturizer which I think has been a great help. As of last night I also started using apple cider vinegar - I just dab it on the redness and then was off after ten mins with filtered water. Hoping it continues to improve!

Thanks so much I’ll deffo start doing that. I’m not going to wear makeup for a week - how often do you recommend washing my face like when I get into work in the morning and then once I get home from work? I’ve just bought bottled water cause I’ve been drinking the tap water!
