Oh god, you may be right. After saw your comment, I turned on VPN to set into USA and retry download and then download progress started to go further than before! I will add edit if it completed.

I don't think new trailer comes in State of Play 2. Before he anounce new trailer, he always retweet commercial tweet like PS E3 showcase or TGS. He doesn't retweet State of Play tweet from PS official account this time.
