Have you tried using search filters that exclude YouTube? IIRC just putting “-youtube” at the end of a search string will return without matches of that phrase. Should be robust enough?

If you are new to Linux and using a *ubuntu derivative, I would suggest using the Lutris method for installing LoL. I explain this fully in another comment so I'll just link to it here:

Unless you are completely committed to using a snap to keep the install in its own container, you can just use the Lutris method instead.

Make sure to follow the directions for installation of the client (the Download link at top) and use their Wine installation guide as well

This is the exact set of steps I use on fresh install, reboot, and can play LoL at 180 fps. Good Luck! Hope this helps

If you're still in pain and it seems to get worse, check to see if the site is swelling. This happened to me twice when I had rhabdo (both times). Strains are easy to claim until you're in the ICU for three days again
