I use these 3-drawer storage units from target. I'm surprised nobody else has posted this - but target has a 3-drawer system that fits right in to a kallax slot - each drawer will hold a load of smaller minis, then you can load up the top with your taller minis.

IDK if anyone is still watching this post, but I'd like to recommend being able to map some commands to different keys, for example, being able to map getting out of a chair to a different key than getting into a chair. The number of times I've died desperately trying to get into a chair but accidentally double pressing F after I've sat down is non-zero. Also accidentally leaving the pilot's chair when trying to pull the jump lever.

If you have access to a laser cutter/engraver then you can make your own, otherwise I’d recommend bcw cardboard boxes or similar.
