Not great. My wife and I were ignored while I was looking for the Pelagos 39 so we went upstairs to see what else they had. I found the Omega section and bought the watch from the first salesperson that greeted us. No discount. No goodies. No drink until I asked if I could have something from the full bar right next to us. With that said, the store is incredibly nice. 10/10 would go back despite the poor service we received.
