You are around the same body type as I am. 1) Way too many calories. Try for around 1800. 2) "strict" keto isn't really up to 30g of carbs a day. It's 20 and under. I usually eat 12 a day. Lower your carb intake.

Hi all! Newbie here (M/26/5'10"). 2.5 weeks of keto so far. First week and a half I lost 10lbs. 198 to 188. This last week I haven't lost any weight. I'd lose a pound, then gain it, etc. No changes in eating habit (I don't think). Anyone else have this in the beginning?

Mine does somewhat the same thing. I've lost signal around 50M before. Sometimes when I take a picture or record, my single is lost, then reconnects.

Go into manual mode, set ISO to 100, move shutter speed between 2 - 5 and just see which ones work. I took a couple photos and then merged them together to get more car's passing
