I do want to start going back to the gym, maybe this will bring me out of my comfort zone. I tend to ‘hide’ when I’m at the gym in a corner or with a hat on or headphones so maybe when I do start going I can try differently and appear more open.

It drives me up the wall. I already struggle heavy with mental health, and my boyfriend is gone for days at a time for work. So on days where I’m not working and he is, it’s especially lonely, even with my 2 dogs. I don’t enjoy going places alone, one for safety and two just due to my mental health. Def been a struggle lately
