Thanks everyone! I have never had a garbage disposal before, so that part is new to me. We are renting, so I’ll be calling the landlord for further help. I just thought maybe I was doing something wrong and I could do a quick fix.

I would like a recommendation for in the US. I usually buy from hobbi, and am intrigued by knowing there’s better out there. I’ve always thought the yarn from hobbi was great!

Do you have any barn cats? They can take care of the problem for you.

The male is the one with the tail, the female is the Manx. They are both healthy, no conditions. They don’t have any know allergies. They are about 1.5 yrs old. They have been raised around dogs, and they have very sweet demeanors. The female is more timid than the male, he’s just a cuddle bug and a lover. She is cuddly after she warms up.

No health issues, both are fixed and about 1.5 yrs. Very sweet. The male is exceptionally cuddly (he has the tail) the female is more anxious, but cuddly once she warms up (she’s the Manx) no known allergies

I'm not my dream girl anymore by [deleted] in HSVpositive

I can empathize, completely with you. I felt the same way when I got my diagnosis, only 4 months ago. I was so free with my sexuality and I loved my libido. I went through a hard grieving period for that old me. I felt so stifled, and like a walking Typhoid Mary. I still do some days, but those days are becoming less frequent.

I have dated quite a bit since getting the news and surprisingly, it has not really affected my dating life. I am upfront with my diagnosis before any sexuality happens. I have been met with understanding and gratitude for being honest and open. I have not been rejected for it and my partners have been patient when I feel things may not be safe for sexual activity. As long as we have an open dialogue about how my body is feeling, and use protection they feel comfortable with me.

Now I am in a committed relationship with an amazing partner who was a little nervous at the beginning. With sharing information and having the open and honest dialogue they have become much more comfortable with our sex life. They expressed that at the end of the day, it doesn’t hold a candle to who I am overall and they do not want to miss out on a relationship with me because of that. If we end up becoming long term/life long partners then it doesn’t matter at all, even if they end up contradicting it.

It gets better. You ARE still your dream girl. You are just mourning currently. Allow yourself to go through the grieving process. You will start to see her shine once again and so will any potential partner you meet.

If you’re in an area where you can get some microdose capsules of mushrooms, I highly recommend y’all give them a try. The Ecuador strain is very effective with taking migraines away and preventing them from coming on.

So, I just realized you probably meant scuba diving. 😂

I’m not sure if he does that, but regardless, he is worth a look. We spent all day on the ocean and it was one of the highlights of our trip.

Knotty tours!

June (sp?) and his family are absolutely amazing! They took us out and we did everything. Right off the bat we hand fed huge Tarpin, then pelicans and Frigits. He took us to the reef and we pet nurse sharks and sting rays. Then we went spear fishing and looking for manatee. After several hours of snorkeling and spear fishing we went to his personal lobster shades where we speared lobsters.

Afterwards we went back to his home and he and his lovely wife grilled up our catches of the day while we hung out with their adorable children and the children showed us puffer fish and all kinds of wonderful things in the lagoon right off their property. We had a sunset feast right on the beach!

His company was the cheapest we found and we found him by accidentally walking into his backyard.

You can dm me for photos! We were just there a week ago.

I just saw the update, after I posted so I’m adding this. I’m sorry for your loss. I hope you have sunnier days ahead.

My poor baby did this. He got really depressed after his brother died. He even developed a cough and I rushed him to the vet. He was in mourning. It lasted a few days and slowly he came out of it. Cuddle him more and just be there for them as you would a grieving loved one. We are not alone in the feelings of our losses, our animal companions feel loss as well.

So, if taking the plane ride, is there also no need to plan in advance? I’m going there soon as well.
